Things I have built
I have tinkered with all sorts of things over the years, but here are all the things I am most proud of. They range from automation bots, mobile applications to fullstack web applications.
Plaboscope
Exam preparation android quiz app
This app holds a special place in my heart as it was the whole reason I started my tech journey. I wanted to build a free resource for other doctors who were sitting the PLAB examination after I had just written it while using a lot of different resources. It serves questions and answers and includes many features tailored towards passing the exam. It is an android application initially written in Java but converted to Kotlin, using an MVVM pattern with a firebase backend.
EDD
Pregnancy information calculator for medical professionals
This is an android application that solved the very simple problem of calculating a pregnant woman’s expected date of delivery or estimated gestational age. I found all the solutions available clunky and a lot of my colleagues and other users agree with me.
Spot
Work automation tool that makes spreadsheets
This is an application I wrote in python that integrates with Telegram to allow myself and my work colleagues to generate pdf reports. I use firebase to save user data and a headless chromium browser to preview templates and it is hosted on an amazon EC2 instance.
Ibiyemi
Retail inventory and sales application
A Fullstack Django web application with a React frontend. This has gone through many iteration cycles based on user feedback and this taught me a very valuable lesson in putting customers' needs first. I thoroughly enjoyed working on it.
Tellerbase
School management and payment processing application
A secondary school management and payment application built with my amazing cofounders. Find out more about the amazing work we did below.
